What to expect in the workshop:
Our experienced chocolatiers will guide you through the chocolate making process. You'll learn about the brief history of cocoa fruit, the different types of chocolate, the theory of chocolate tempering, and the seven steps of chocolate consumption. After the first part of the workshop, you will make your own chocolate bars using professional molds and machines. With various delicious toppings and ingredients served on the marble table, you can garnish and design your chocolate to suit your taste
.In the final part of the experience, we'll make a traditional Aztec chocolate drink using ancient tools and recipes. This workshop is suitable for children and adults.
Inclusive services:
We'll provide you with everything, including cookware and ingredients, and you'll use a professional chocolate tempering machine to make your chocolate bar. Our experts will be by your side throughout the workshop, so no previous cooking experience is required.
Not included:
Please note that we don't make chocolate from bean to bar and we don't teach you how to temper chocolate at home. Please also note that the workshop lasts approximately 60 minutes and the museum visit is approximately 15 minutes
.Please note that tickets are non-refundable and that children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who also needs a ticket.
Please note that if you miss appointments and wish to take part in another one, we will charge you €15 per person, provided that there are free places available for the next tour. As capacity in the museum is limited, we are not flexible when it comes to cancellations at short notice
.We welcome families with children and create a child-friendly environment. Should your baby become uneasy during the workshop, we kindly ask you to leave the room temporarily until the baby has calmed down
.It is not permitted to bring food or drinks from outside the museum.

For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
