In case you are not able to attend the tour please send us a message or cancel your reservation in your confirmation email, so we can offer your reserved spots to other customers.

If you do not arrive at the meeting point at a designated starting time your reservation will be automatically canceled and your reserved space will be given to customers who come without reservation


**Paid Tours**

The products/services are non-refundable unless the customer selects a refundable booking rate offered during the booking process.

With the refundable rate, customers will receive a full refund or credit if the tour operator cancels the tour due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances or if guests cancel the tour within 48 hours of the start time.
