The purse value is the maximum amount you can use based on the standard gate price for each attraction. For example, with a 6-choice adult Explorer Pass, you can visit six attractions up to the total cost of €240.
Here's a breakdown of the purse value for each pass:
2-Choice Explorer Pass: Adult € 90 / Child € 65
3-Choice Explorer Pass: Adult € 130 / Child € 95
4-Choice Explorer Pass: Adult € 165 / Child € 120
5-Choice Explorer Pass: Adult € 205 / Child € 150
6-Choice Explorer Pass: Adult € 240 / Child € 175
7-Choice Explorer Pass: Adult € 275 / Child € 195
During business hours we will send you your digital Vienna Pass within 15mins of receiving your completed order & we guarantee you will always have your digital pass for the start of your day in Vienna.
Visiting your first attraction activates your pass. It will then be valid for the number of consecutive calendar days you have purchased.
For all bookings of day tours, a minimum of 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, no refund is given.
For all bookings of multi-day and custom private tours, a minimum of 72 hours' notice prior to your scheduled departure is required in order to receive a full refund. If a cancellation is made with less than 72 hours' notice, no refund is given*
*Note that in the event the client requests a refund for any reason, Tour Desk reserves the right to charge a 3% administration fee to cover costs incurred.
